Wigs: for hygiene reasons, wigs can only be returned if unworn, with the lace uncut and all tags and packaging intact, within 7 days of delivery.
Fashion & accessories: returnable within 7 days of delivery, unworn and in original condition.
To start a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number. Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method (Mobile Money or card) within 5–10 working days.
Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full — just send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
